Abstract: the core values of "being virtuous, caring for life and reaching the highest good" are the core of the corporate culture concept system of China Mobile, and "responsibility" and "excellence" are the core connotation of the corporate culture concept system. The construction effect of enterprise spiritual civilization is the embodiment and extension of the efficiency of enterprise culture construction based on "people-oriented management". As the leader of telecom operation enterprises, China Mobile adheres to the "people-oriented" principle, practices its internal skills hard, consciously performs its social responsibilities, and makes unremitting efforts to build a harmonious society. This paper makes a preliminary discussion on strengthening the cultural construction of enterprises and promoting the spiritual civilization of the industry.

With the development of society, corporate social responsibility has increasingly become the standard for people to measure the advantages and disadvantages of an enterprise. How enterprises deal with the relationship between themselves and society, how to balance benefits and employment, how to transfer economic profits and increase employment, and how to do some public welfare things beyond taxation are also the yardsticks to measure whether enterprises are qualified. In fact, for enterprises, profitability and social responsibility are not contradictory. Enterprises can establish a good corporate image by actively participating in public welfare activities. And a good corporate image is exactly the capital to strive for a larger market share. In the hearts of consumers, a socially responsible enterprise will also be responsible for its own products.
